Vedic God Krishna Syamasundara

Ageless and eternal is His nature,
Giving sentience to all the universe –
Energy multifarious and inexhaustible …

Omniscience and omnipotence –
Falling before His jurisdiction …

Praying and meditation directed –
Amorously towards Him,
Regarded as the summum bonum –
Anantadeva is the Supreme Truth,
Divine beyond bliss and knowledge –
Ishvara-tattva; His avatars that come to earth,
Gurus and Maharishis know His personality,
Mesmerizing and all attractive is Him – Krishna…

Anointed mantras afford us closeness –
Removing crass impurities that cloud,
Connection that is eternal and interminable,
Atma are we; Paramatma is He,
Narayana; Rama; Kalki: His holy names,
Utopia is His personal residence Vrindavana –
Murmuring Hare Krishna Hare Rama;
